Not another five-year-plan person
I used to think discipline meant knowing exactly where I'd end up. Now I think it means building a life with enough doors in it that the destination stops mattering so much.
My Story
I grew up dancing — which provided me with structure, discipline, repetition, and inspiration. You would get good over time and by putting in countless hours. Which is still how I approach the things I’m truly passionate about.
For almost three years I podcasted as Create Your Own Reality Podcast, talking about mindset, habits, discipline, and self-belief. It was real, and it worked — but somewhere along the way I noticed the goal-setting model and quotes I was sharing about weren’t resonating with my audience, or myself.
After working countless jobs where I wasn’t interested in the day-to-day and couldn’t see a true end-game for myself, I got tired. With the free time I had available, I dove into becoming a Pilates Instructor and Life Coach — two things I am really passionate about! It truly excites me to be able to help others along the way with these paths while also continuing to further educate myself, grow along the way, and expand not only my life, but those around me as well.
With that being said, in 2026 I rebuilt the whole thing from scratch — new name, new voice, new account at @optionserabysky — around a different idea: you don't need a bigger goal, you just need more options! In how you spend your time, where you live, and what your money can allow you to do — that's Options Era.
What I Believe
Clarity over perfection. Done is better than perfect. You're not behind — you're just working from a different map than the one everyone hands you at twenty-something.
Mindset, habits, embodiment, and faith aren't separate categories here. They're all just parts of the same practice of staying honest with yourself while you build something of your own.
Embodiment, not just a bio line
I'm a certified Pilates instructor, and that's not a side credential — it's core to how I coach. The mind-body connection isn't just a metaphor to me. Movement is one of the most direct ways I know how to get out of your head and back into a decision.
While I understand one piece of the puzzle (mind or body) may need a little more TLC in certain moments or phases of life, in order to create a truly cohesive lifestyle that you feel good about, it’s extremely important to pay attention to both pieces.
The honest part
I'm a little Type A, structure-oriented, an INFJ, and also genuinely multi-passionate — dance, Pilates, coaching, content, reading, and faith — all at once on most days. I used to think that made me scattered. Now I think it's just what building options actually looks like from the inside out.
